VYYNU builds AI agents for the working day, on VYYNU Core, developed for exactly this purpose: limits in code first, capabilities second. What a COMPANION isn’t allowed to do, it can’t do.
Everything stays in memory, on your own server.
Two are ready-made: for field sales and for your own property portfolio. They show what VYYNU Core can do for one working day. The third is built for yours.
Rides along in the car or sits with you at the laptop. It listens, remembers everything, researches leads overnight, plans your routes and has your report ready in the evening. No CRM, no spreadsheets. Your memory stays on your server.
→ Learn moreYour whole portfolio in one building log: every report, every repair, every receipt, every euro assigned to a building. No location tracking, no stopwatch. For businesses with their own caretakers and in-house tradespeople.
→ Learn moreYour working day isn't among them? Then we develop your COMPANION together: the same core as the other two, your skills on top. A free briefing, a development pilot at a fixed price, then it runs on your own server.
→ Learn moreMany AI agents are given access to everything and are then supposed to stick to rules. A COMPANION gets its limits first, in the code, and only then its tasks. You stay in control.
It works with the programs and services you approve, and only those. Anything else it cannot operate.
It works with defined, tested routines. New skills only come with tested, signed updates from us. It downloads nothing from the internet.
Before important steps it gets your okay. It prepares emails and calendar invitations; they only go out once you say so.
A stop command in the chat halts it at once.
It works in its own folder, and it cannot install software. It cannot reach the rest of your server.
It has no browser. It can read web pages but submit nothing: no purchases, no forms, no accounts, no payments.
It only answers in the chat you confirmed during setup and only writes there. It cannot even name another recipient.
Your data stays under your control and within your direct reach: on a server under your contract, with your access.
Your data lives on a server that belongs to you, not to us.
With VYYNU, you don’t rent access to a service. You rent a server from a hosting provider of your choice, IONOS for example. The host provides the machine, the network and the power. What runs on it is up to you.
In practice, that means:
Everything in readable text files.
Every note, every memory, every analysis your companion makes is stored as a readable text file on your server. You can open it, read it, delete it, back it up. No database jungle, no proprietary format.
No provider can lock you in.
Of course your host could raise its prices tomorrow. But a server is a commodity: restore your backup and carry on somewhere else. And if a model provider changes its service, you switch the model, not your memory. With a SaaS service, there is no “somewhere else”.
Built into the code.
Every COMPANION keeps a private memory, separate from its work knowledge. It only sends emails and invitations once you say so.
As a customer you can inspect every line of code on your server. Memory and knowledge live in readable text files; the limits are in the code.
VYYNU Core keeps the AI within bounds: it can only do what we allow it to. Many AI agents get their capabilities first and their rules afterwards. At VYYNU the limits come first, in the code.
What it is allowed to do, it does thoroughly:
What it has learned once stays in its memory and is not lost when a conversation ends.
Private, business, public: what your Companion knows about the business doesn’t get mixed up with what you tell it in private. You decide what belongs where.
What applies in your business isn’t in the model but in your own reference book: processes, prices, contacts. It looks things up there instead of guessing.
It works with the programs and services you approve, and only those. Whatever isn’t approved, it can’t use.
VYYNU builds AI agents for the working day of small and mid-sized businesses, the so-called COMPANIONs. They run on the customer's own server, on VYYNU Core, our own core developed for this. As a customer you can inspect every line of code on your server. Founded in Berlin in 2026 by Patrik and Gregory.
An AI agent that works for you instead of just answering: it takes voice messages, keeps a memory, writes reports and drafts and runs fixed routines, on its own if you want. It gets its limits first, in the code, and then its tasks. You talk to it over Telegram, with the salesCOMPANION also over Signal, and see everything in a dashboard in the browser.
Three. The salesCOMPANION for field sales and sales agents: tours, reports after the appointment, research on new clients. The propertyCOMPANION for property owners with their own caretakers and tradespeople: building log and costs per house. The xCOMPANION for any other working day: we develop it together with you.
On a server you rent yourself, from a hosting provider of your choice, IONOS for example. Memory, files and client data live there, under your contract. Only the requests to the language model that writes the answers leave the server. You have no account with us.
The salesCOMPANION €1,500 a year for a single seat, which equals €125 a month, and €2,500 a year for teams up to 3 seats (€208.33 a month). The propertyCOMPANION €3,500 a year for teams up to 5 seats (€291.67 a month). You can pay yearly or monthly. The xCOMPANION has a fixed price after the free briefing. On top come three small items: a server for about €5 to €10 a month, model costs of around 50 cents per working day on average, and the voice through ElevenLabs for $6 a month on the Starter plan. All plus VAT. With sales and property you can cancel within the first 30 days and get your money back.
It only works with programs you approve, asks before important steps, writes emails only as drafts, stops at once on a stop command in the chat and can only reach its own folder. More on this on the knowledge page How safe are AI agents? (in German).
It all started outside a Späti, one of Berlin’s late-night corner shops, in our neighborhood: Patrik and Gregory, one evening, talking with a third person. A complete coincidence.
By then Patrik had spent 20 years in field sales, as a sales manager and as a sales agent in the furniture industry, on both sides of the table. Evenings in a hotel room, tired, the CRM open, and every evening the same question: “What did I actually do today?”
The best information from customer conversations got lost because nobody wrote it down at the right moment. Not out of laziness. The working day simply never left room for it.
Gregory was already building AI systems that run in real businesses. When Patrik told him about his problem that evening, Gregory said: “We’ll build that.”
So they built what was missing: a COMPANION that listens while you work. One that has the report finished in the evening before you’ve even opened your laptop.
Two people, a real problem, and the conviction that good software belongs where it’s needed: with you.
Until October 2026 we were called VEYA.
We open up our own, the one we work with every day. No tidied-up demo instance where, curiously, nothing ever goes wrong. You ask, we click.
See it liveFour fields, two of them required. We usually reply the same working day.
Your working day fits neither of the two products? Then it starts with a free briefing for the xCOMPANION: we listen, and you get a fixed-price offer or an honest no.
